1 (888) HR4-AEXP / 1 (888) 474-2397 and speak with a Case Specialist. Case Specialists are available 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday except on holidays. (Note: For Retirees, your ID is your Access ID; for employees on serial severance, your ID is your Employee ID.)
Please note: Whenever you utilize or obtain forms through Benefits Online, or speak with an Employee Online Services Case Specialist to initiate a transaction, you are authorizing the plan administrator to execute each transaction as if you had given written, signed authorization to do so. You are also authorizing deductions from your earnings to serve as payment for any required contributions for the benefits that you have selected. While we attempt to make Benefits Online available 24 hours a day and Employee Online Services available during scheduled operating hours, occasionally one or both may be unavailable, or it may not be possible for you to execute transactions for other reasons. You should continue to try and access Benefits Online and Employee Online Services, as unavailability should be temporary. The company and its agents will not process or be responsible for incomplete forms and transactions.
